How to purchase

Purchasing from the UZO website is simple

1. Choose a product, select the variant (color, size, packaging option).
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Select the quantity (the default quantity is 1).
4. Click the "Checkout" button.
5. Enter your personal information and delivery details.
6. Review your information and confirm your order.
7. Enter your card details (card details are encrypted and processed by the banking system).

Please note that the order creation process may change. When making a payment, use the services of the designated payment service provider (PSP). If you do not want to proceed with the available PSPs, cancel your order.

The seller receives information about your order one hour after payment is made. During this time, you can also request a cancellation.

It usually takes 1-2 days for the seller to process your order, although exact shipping and delivery times may vary. If the seller does not ship the order within 14 calendar days, the order will be automatically canceled and the money will be refunded to your card.
