The measurement is very simple. Simply drop 2 - 3 drops of the substance to be measured onto the slanted optical prism of the instrument, cover the prism cap

(the substance spreads out), look into the eyepiece of the instrument against the light and the % sugar content can be read immediately on the appropriate scale in the field of view.

ATC function: it can automatically compensate for changes in ambient temperature, eliminating deviations as the temperature changes, and ensuring quick and easy retrieval of

accurate results.
