You are entitled to a full refund from the seller if
- The product has not been delivered within the specified timeframe for reasons outside of your fault.
- Product quality is different from the specified product description on the Site.
- You decide to exercise your right for withdrawal.
UZO support team can help you and review the refund request within a limited period of time. To return the product, you should send it back to the seller. If the product is defective or wrong, you will be compensated for the documented costs of return by the seller. In other cases, you bear the costs of return.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact UZO via suppport@uzo.com or the seller directly. If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for payments made, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs), within 14 days from the day on which you informed UZO and the seller about your decision to withdraw.
You must send back the product to the seller within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include custom-made or personalized products, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, products inseparably mixed with other products after delivery, unsealed audio or video recordings or computer software, and newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscription contracts)
Your use of the product is at your own risk. To the extent allowed under applicable law, UZO, its licensors, suppliers, and the seller disclaim all liability for any claims for product failures due to misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
UZO does not exclude, limit, or suspend rights you have that cannot be legally limited or excluded. In particular, nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury
- UZO's gross negligence
- The statutory warranty of the seller for hidden defects and the statutory warranty of conformity of products.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, your rights or obligations hereunder, or your account on the Site without UZO's prior written consent.

How long will it take to get my money back?
The refunded amount will be transferred via Stripe to the card you used to make your purchase. In case of exceptions (e.g., technical inability to process the refund via the same payment method, or expiration of your card), you will be asked to provide another card or your PayPal wallet details to proceed with the refund.
UZO aims to complete the refund process for valid claims within less than 14 days, with a usual processing time of 2-3 days.
