Shipping on the UZO website is free for all orders.
Your order will be delivered by a courier service directly to your address.
When will my order be shipped?
In most cases (90%), sellers manage to ship the goods within 24 hours of payment. However, sellers have the right to ship the order within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of payment. If the seller does not ship the order within 14 calendar days, the order will be canceled and funds will be returned within 14 calendar days.
Will my orders be shipped together?
Merchants often operate from different locations, which means that even if you pay for multiple items at once, each item will likely be shipped separately. However, there are certain exceptions:
- Purchasing multiple items from one seller may (but not necessarily) mean that they will all be packed together.
- If you order different items from several sellers within a short period, these packages may be combined in the warehouse and shipped together.
The more items you buy at once, the greater the likelihood of package consolidation. If consolidation occurs, these orders will be displayed under one tracking number in your order history.
One of the orders is missing from the combined package! What should I do?
If you notice that an order that was supposed to be part of the combined shipment is not included, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via email at support@uzo.com. Be sure to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and share photos of the remaining items you received and the package with the shipping labels.
My order has not been delivered yet! What should I do?
After shipping, it usually takes 15-30 business days (20-45 calendar days) for the package to be delivered. The maximum delivery time can be up to 45 business days (60 calendar days). If more than 45 business days (60 calendar days) have passed and the package has not yet arrived, please contact our support team at support@uzo.com.
