I. General Provisions

1.1. These contest terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set out the rules for the contest organized by U Z O Portal, headquartered at Blue Titan Business Center, 8A Street, Mankhool Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, identification number 438951 (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

1.2. All legal relationships between the Organizer and the contest participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") are governed by these Terms and the applicable legal regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.

II. Definitions

2.1. Organizer – The company U Z O Portal, which organizes and manages the contest.

2.2. Participant – Any individual who meets the conditions for participating in the contest, specifically by placing and fully paying for an order on the Organizer's website.

2.3. Organizer's Website – The official website uzo.com, where the contest takes place and where all related information is published.

2.4. Contest Announcement – The announcement of the contest published by the Organizer on its website.

2.5. Contest Start Date – The date on which the contest banner is published on the Organizer's website.

2.6. Contest End Date – The 1st day of each calendar year, when the contest ends and winners are announced. After this date, a new contest period begins.

2.7. Winner – Twenty (20) randomly selected Participants who will be notified via email and SMS.

III. Participation Rules

3.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the contest.

3.2. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3.3. A Participant enters the contest by placing an order on the Organizer’s website and paying for it in full.

3.4. Each Participant can increase their chances of winning by placing multiple orders, with each order considered a separate contest entry.

IV. Prizes and Delivery

4.1. Winners will be selected through a random draw and notified via email and SMS.

4.2. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, their claim to the prize expires, and the Organizer has the right to select a replacement winner.

4.3. Prizes will be delivered either in person or sent to the winner's provided address. The Participant is responsible for providing accurate contact details for delivery.

4.4. Prizes cannot be legally enforced or exchanged for monetary compensation.

4.5. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage related to the use of the prize or for any loss or damage of the shipment during transport.

V. Personal Data Protection

5.1. The Organizer undertakes to protect the personal data of Participants in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Emirate of Dubai and international data protection standards.

5.2. Participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the contest and for the marketing activities of the Organizer.

5.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the Participant, except in cases required by law.

VI. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

6.1. All legal disputes arising from this contest or related to it will be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, in accordance with local law.

6.2. By participating in the contest, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

6.3. These Contest Terms and Conditions are valid from 01.01.2025.
