You are entitled under the legislation of your place of residence to the legal guarantee of conformity for the product received and legal warranty against hidden defects. This means that for a certain limited period of time, you have the right to request from the seller one of the following remedies: to repair the product, replace the product, reduce the price, or cancel the contract and get reimbursement of the price paid for the product in full.

In case a commercial guarantee (which needs to be more advantageous than the legal guarantees specified above) and after-sales services are offered by the seller, you will have the right to request the seller to provide you with such commercial guarantee under the conditions freely determined by the seller and provided in the product card of the ordered product. The legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply independently of the commercial guarantee that may cover your product, as defined by the seller.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Your use of the product is at your own risk. To the extent allowed under applicable law, UZO, its licensors, suppliers, and the seller disclaim all liability for any claims for product failures due to misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

UZO does not exclude, limit, or suspend rights you have that cannot be legally limited or excluded. In particular, nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for:

• Death or personal injury
• UZO's gross negligence
• The statutory warranty of the seller for hidden defects and the statutory warranty of conformity of products.

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, your rights or obligations hereunder, or your account on the Site without UZO's prior written consent.
