Control method
1、Align the food on the bottom food holder and press gently. Lower the upper food holder to grasp the food and hold it securely.
2、Use the height adjustment lever to lift the slicer arm so that it rests on top of the peeled food. WARNING: Do not grasp the cutting blade... it is razor sharp!
3、While pushing lightly on the top food holder, press the power button. The skin peels off in one clean, continuous fold
